In short

  • This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
  • We use no analytics or marketing tools.
  • Fonts, images and styles are served from our own server. Your browser does not contact third-party servers.

Server log files

When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the requested address and the browser identifier (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, secure operation). Log files are deleted after [number] days. Hosting: [Placeholder – details of the hosting provider to follow].

Contact form and email

We process your details only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once it has been dealt with, unless retention is required by law. The form sends your details as an email to studio@qelno.cloud (subject starts with “[qelno.link Kontakt]”, replies go to your email address), from where it is forwarded to the mailbox in which we handle requests [TODO: name the mailbox provider and DPA]. Nothing is stored on the web server; the form sets no cookie.

Edit mode for the editorial team

Only people who maintain this website can switch on an edit mode with a secret access link. For this the website sets a technically necessary cookie (qelno_robak, 30 days). Notes from this mode are sent, signed, with the page address and position to our administration area on release.influ.cloud and stored there; if it is briefly unreachable they wait in a non-public directory of this server until the next transfer. No cookie is set for visitors.

Purchase and licence

Download, licence, payment and invoicing are handled by influ.cloud on release.influ.cloud, under its own privacy policy [link].
